Wildeboer Dellelce LLP welcomes Mark Coghlan as an associate.

Mark practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law.

Mark earned a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours First Class) from Queen’s University.

During his time in law school, Mark worked in the Notre Dame Athletics Business Office and was a research assistant for the Notre Dame Law School. He completed externships in the Notre Dame Office of General Counsel and Notre Dame Athletics Compliance Department.

Mark also served as solicitations editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation and treasurer for the Notre Dame Sports, Communication, and Entertainment Law Forum. His note, “Why the NHL’s Current Expansion Criteria Will Continue to Deny Canadian Cities NHL Franchises”, was published in the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.

Mark won the Notre Dame Baseball Arbitration Competition. He was selected to represent the law school in national competitions as a member of the Notre Dame Baseball Arbitration Team and the Notre Dame Transactional Law Team.

Outside of law, Mark’s interests include playing sports, travelling, and supporting Notre Dame’s sports teams.
