Erin is a versatile litigator, who litigates cases involving professional negligence, title insurance, personal injury and motor vehicle accidents, employment practices and commercial disputes. She has acted both as counsel and arbitrator in sports disputes, including doping, harassment, sexual harassment and team selection matters. She regularly conducts Safe Sport Investigations.
