Pinta has joined Tyr to head up our Medical Malpractice group and continue her complex corporate commercial litigation practice. Pinta has substantial experience in commercial litigation, which she practised at Lenczner Slaght LLP for eight years. She is also experienced in all facets of medical negligence. Pinta has years of experience representing plaintiffs injured through obstetrical negligence, surgical negligence, hospital negligence, delayed diagnosis and catastrophic brain injuries arising from medical negligence. Having previously defended physicians, Pinta is one of the few plaintiff side lawyers who can draw on her experience as defence counsel to effectively advocate for individuals injured by medical negligence.
