WeirFoulds welcomes Wendes Keung as an associate

WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Wendes Keung to the firm’s Corporate Law Practice Group.

After spending her articling and summer work terms with the firm, Wendes focused her practice on information technology, intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory law.

Wendes provides practical solutions and actionable advice to clients ranging from technology companies to not-for-profit organizations and institutions on a variety of corporate/commercial, technology, and privacy matters. Her practice includes advising on complex services engagements, privacy and security issues, corporate governance, risk management, strategic partnerships, and software licensing. Her experience assisting clients span a broad array of industries, including telecommunications, media, cloud computing, software development, healthcare and telemedicine, sports, and universities.

Wendes obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with an Honours Distinction standing. She graduated as the Gold Medalist from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in English Language and Literature.
