McLeish Orlando LLP announces Lindsay Charles as a new Partner

McLeish Orlando LLP is pleased to announce that Lindsay Charles has been made a Partner.

Lindsay joined the firm as a summer student, went on to complete her articles, and was hired back as an associate following her call to the bar. Today, she is a partner at the firm. Over the years, Lindsay has built an outstanding reputation at McLeish Orlando, as well as throughout the legal profession and healthcare communities.  She is highly regarded for her knowledge, skills, and passion for helping her clients navigate the legal system following a catastrophic injury.

From the beginning of her career, Lindsay has appeared regularly at the Superior Court of Justice. She also appears regularly before the Licence Appeal Tribunal.  Lindsay has been co-counsel on a precedent-setting arbitration to restore denied benefits and on a precedent-setting motion to have a fraudulent conveyance action proceed concurrently with a personal injury action.

For the past three years, Lindsay has co-chaired the OBA’s Anatomy of a Trial Program, a conference on trial advocacy and strategy. She also speaks at a variety of healthcare-focused conferences where she updates healthcare providers on developments in the case law and legislative changes that affect their industries.
