Lynne’s practice is focused on research and written advocacy. With a deep understanding of the law, she will help our clients analyze their complex legal problems and recommend the best litigation strategy.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght and after starting her career practicing litigation at a large full-service firm, Lynne has spent the last 20+ years practicing litigation for the provincial Crown.
During her career, Lynne has been involved in a wide variety of proceedings including an aggregate claim for the recovery of health care costs caused by smoking, class actions involving various claims including for environmental tort and institutional abuse, judicial reviews, defence of Crown attorneys and police officers, and various commercial claims including oppression actions. Lynne has appeared at all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada.
