Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2021, Michael Decicco is a partner in the Toronto office.
Michael is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Groups. He has significant experience representing clients on complex M&A transactions (including SPAC qualifying transactions), minority and majority investments and strategic transactions across a range of industries.
