Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2021, Kevin Guenther is a partner in the Calgary office.
Kevin is a member of the Tax and Corporate Groups. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, tax structuring, as well as general corporate and tax matters. His clients include publicly listed and private entities, multinational companies, and Canadian, U.S. and global private equity funds.
