Stikeman Elliott is pleased to welcome a new member to the partnership. As of January 1, 2021, Nathalie Nouvet is a partner in the Montréal office.
Nathalie is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on restructuring, insolvency, and commercial litigation. She regularly advises and represents debtors, secured lenders, court-appointed officers and purchasers in proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
