Associate announcement

Minden Gross LLP welcomes Carol Liu as an Associate

September 23, 2022

Minden Gross LLP is pleased to announce that Carol Liu has returned as an Associate in our Bankruptcy and Insolvency and Litigation Groups after completing her articles with the firm.

Carol provides advice on insolvency matters and has worked with a variety of stakeholders affected by or involved in formal and informal insolvency proceedings and financial restructurings, including secured and unsecured creditors, receivers and trustees, and debtors.

Carol’s experience working for a leading Canadian bank and her education in commerce allow her to truly understand the ramifications of litigation. She leverages her creative problem-solving skills and ability to see the bigger picture to provide strategic and optimal solutions. Carol is able to identify potential risks and pre-emptively offer advice to ensure everything has been thought through.

Outside the firm, Carol enjoys attending live music events from her favorite indie and alternative rock bands. She also enjoys volunteering for charities and beating family and friends at her favorite board games, including Taboo and Codenames.
