Charlotte is a diligent patent lawyer with a practice focused on patent procurement. She leverages her expertise and pharmaceutical industry experience to protect their valuable inventions.
Charlotte works with companies of various sizes in the life sciences sector, technology companies and government organizations. She has appeared before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, representing clients in patent infringement, validity and remedies litigation.
