Pallett Valo Appoints Ahmed Bulbulia as Partner
January 8, 2024Pallett Valo LLP, a respected law firm recognized for excellence across Ontario, is pleased to announce that Ahmed Bulbulia has become a partner effective January 1, 2024.
Ahmed joined the firm in March 2019 and is a member of both the Litigation and Business Law Practices. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from the University of Victoria.
Ahmed has broad intellectual property (IP) experience in contentious and non-contentious matters, representing a wide spectrum of clients. He also handles complex multi-jurisdictional IP matters and cross-border IP disputes. He coordinates with foreign IP counsel, often U.S. IP counsel, to protect his clients’ trademark and copyright interests in Canada and abroad.
In non-contentious IP matters, he assists Canadian and international clients to obtain trademark registrations in Canada and helps Canadian clients extend their trademark rights into the United States and throughout the world.
