Pallett Valo welcomes Sarah Berhane to its Construction and Commercial Litigation Practices.
Sarah represents clients through litigation and various forms of alternative dispute resolution, as it relates to construction disputes, including mediation, adjudication and arbitration. She acts for clients in preservation and enforcement of liens, delay claims, deficiency claims, and breach of trust matters.
Passionate about providing access to justice for women and girls, Sarah is involved in several pro bono organizations. One of them is The Equality Effect, an international network of human rights advocates, where she is a member of the research and fundraising teams.
