Cole leverages his background working in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare advertising in achieving excellent results for his clients in and out of the courtroom. Cole’s practice includes all forms of contentious sophisticated intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and licensing disputes. He has represented a wide variety of clients in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and technology industries before the Ontario Superior Court, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal.
