Necpal Litigation’s growing commercial litigation practice is seeking an experienced and like-minded litigator to be a key member of the firm.
The ideal candidate will be a smart and resourceful senior associate or junior partner from a top commercial litigation firm, who is looking for a more entrepreneurial platform to build out their lead counsel practice. A partial portable practice is welcome, but not necessary. The firm maintains high quality litigation work comparable to larger firms, but also offers greater independence and flexible work arrangements. It encourages business development and will support efforts to build a compatible book without many of the fee restrictions or conflicts prevalent at other firms.
