Associate Lawyer, Commercial Litigation

BE Law associates are given significant responsibility for client files, have direct client contact and regularly make submissions at court and examine witnesses. We are searching for an experienced commercial litigation associate to join our team. We are interested in hearing from exceptional, enthusiastic lawyers interested in joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of post-call experience, with proven experience independently managing litigation files and clients and court or arbitration experience. You will possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Exceptional ability to identify problems, critically analyze and propose resolutions, and excellent judgment.
- Strong practice management abilities including planning, prioritization and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and team-building abilities, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
