Pallett Valo welcomes Tejpaul Grewal to its Commercial Real Estate practice.
Drawing on his extensive experience in all aspects of commercial leasing, he assists landlords and tenants with the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of leases for industrial premises, offices, mixed-use premises, and retail spaces.
In addition, Tejpaul advises buyers and sellers on acquisitions and dispositions of real property, secured lending, financing transactions, and commercial leasing.
