Singleton Reynolds is proud to announce and congratulate our newest partner, Warren Scrooby.

Warren works in the Construction and Infrastructure, Insurance, and Commercial Business Litigation practice groups. He delivers strategic, results-oriented legal advice aimed at resolving complex disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.

Warren’s litigation practice focuses primarily on insurance defence, with particular expertise in construction-related claims, professional liability, and D&O (Directors and Officers) liability matters. He has a strong track record managing and resolving multi-party disputes, and regularly acts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants in a wide range of construction and infrastructure disputes. In addition, Warren advises insurers on coverage issues and represents both insurers and insureds in personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accident claims.

Before relocating to Canada, Warren practised law in South Africa for over a decade, where he built a robust practice in construction law and commercial litigation. His international experience brings a valuable global perspective to his work and enhances his ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments.
