Graham Topa joins Aird & Berlis LLP

Graham Topa is a member of the firms Corporate Finance Group. He was a summer student and an articling student at the firm prior to returning as an associate.
Grahams practice will focus on corporate law with an emphasis on corporate finance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters involving both public and private companies.
Graham obtained his J.D. from Queen’s University.
