Stephen Henderson is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Stephen was both a summer and articling student at the firm. During that time, he gained experience in Trademarks Opposition Board matters, copyright disputes, managing intellectual property portfolios and the drafting of various agreements and defences.
