Rob’s practice focuses on advising clients in a wide variety of capital markets transactions and securities regulatory matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and corporate governance and compliance matters. He also provides ongoing advice to a variety of public issuers regarding corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations. During his articles, Rob completed a three-month secondment in the legal department of one of the Firm’s foreign investment banking clients.
