Emma’s practice involves all aspects of competition law and foreign investment matters, including mergers and acquisitions, civil and criminal investigations. Prior to joining Blakes as a summer student, Emma worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Trebilcock at the University of Toronto, where she assisted in the research and drafting of publications relating competition law and other regulatory matters.
Emma is fluent in French.
