Jennifer Hancock Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office
October 23, 2013Jennifer’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions. She has experience representing lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions involving bilateral and syndicated loan structures.
Jennifer first joined Blakes as a summer law student in 2011 and subsequently articled with the Firm, completing a secondment at the Canadian Civil Liberties Association.
Prior to joining Blakes, she worked at a boutique civil litigation firm in Toronto and as a fraud analyst for the Royal Bank of Canada.
