Tamara Nachmani Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office

Tamara’s practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and commercial transactions. She was a summer student at Blakes in 2011 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2012/2013. During her articles, Tamara completed a secondment to one of the Firm’s foreign investment banking clients, where she worked on a variety of corporate, securities and compliance matters. Tamara also completed a secondment at Justice for Children and Youth during her summer.
