Michael Milne Joins Osler’s Toronto Office

Michael seeks to establish a broad corporate-commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice with a particular focus on class actions. Michael joined the firm as a summer student in 2011 and articled with the firm in 2012-2013, during which time he was seconded with the legal department of the Royal Bank of Canada.
Michael completed the J.D. program at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. At U of T, Michael volunteered as a tutor with Law Action Within Schools , clerked with the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board and worked at the schools clinic, Downtown Legal Services, where he conducted and won his first trial.
