Simons practice focuses on mergers and acquisition, corporate finance and general corporate matters. He received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Simon worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation. Simon is the co-chair of Breakfast of Champions in support of SickKids and also sits on the board of Sunnybrook Next Generation.
