Justin Dharamdial Joins Osler’s Toronto Office
October 1, 2013Justins practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities and general corporate matters. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2011 and completed his articles with the firm from 2012-2013. Justin returned to Osler as an associate in 2013.
Prior to law school, Justin obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from Queens University with a concentration in Finance. While at Queens he participated in an exchange to a university in Buenos Aires, Argentina. While at Osgoode, he spent a term at a legal clinic in Toronto, helping clients with immigration and refugee law issues. Justin has worked as a research assistant to Professors Sean Rehaag and Shin Imai.
