Ardy Mohajer Joins Cassels Brock
September 26, 2013Ardavan (Ardy) Mohajer is an associate in the Real Estate & Development Group at Cassels Brock in Toronto. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate including project development, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and financing, and environmental law.
Ardy graduated in 2012 with a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Previously, he earned an M.Sc. from the Department of Bioresource Engineering at McGill University. His graduate school research was in the field of clean technology for waste management processes and led to the publication of two scientific papers as first-author in peer-reviewed journals. Ardy obtained his B.Sc. at the University of Toronto with a major in Biology.
Throughout law school, Ardy was involved in the Osgoode Environmental Law Society as the Sustainability and Communications Director. After his first year, he was selected to be a Summer Fellow at the Centre for Applied Legal Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa working in the field of mining law. In his final year, he participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore in the Republic of Singapore.
Ardy enjoys being active in the community and travelling abroad. He currently sits on the board of directors for his condominium and is a member of a charitable event planning group supporting the Hospital for Sick Children.
