Rachel Manno Joins Osler’s Toronto Office
October 9, 2012Rachel is an associate in the Banking and Financial Services group whose practice revolves around secured financing transactions. Rachel first joined Osler as a summer student in 2010 and returned as an articling student over 2011-2012. As an articling student, she rotated through the Franchising and Intellectual Property, Financial Services, Real Estate and Corporate groups. She completed her J.D. at the University of Windsor where she worked as Research Assistant to Professors Maureen Irish and Myra Tawfik. In summers between school years, Rachel worked as a student at Research In Motion, Legal Aid Ontario and the Office of the Attorney General.
