Jacqueline Goslett joins Aird & Berlis LLP

Jacqueline Goslett is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group. She was a summer student and an articling student at the firm prior to returning as an associate.

Jacqueline will be practicing corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on share and asset purchase transactions, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance and ongoing corporate and commercial advice for private and public companies.

Jacqueline obtained her B.B.A. (Hons.) from Wilfrid Laurier University and her J.D. from the University of Windsor. While at law school, Jacqueline was awarded the Harold G. Fox Prize for overall academic performance, as well as the Kellerman Family Award in Securities Law, the Maritime Law Book Prize in Legal Ethics and Professionalism and the Sutts, Strosberg LLP Award in Labour Law.
