Erin Dobbelsteyn Joins Rosen Sunshine LLP
January 8, 2015Rosen Sunshine LLP is thrilled to announce that Erin Dobbelsteyn has joined the firm as an associate.
Erin represents health professionals in a wide variety of civil and administrative proceedings, including complaint and discipline matters before Ontario’s health regulatory colleges, and proceedings before the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board. Erin also provides advice to health professionals, health care organizations and individuals with respect to health care legislation and policies.
Erin was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2014, after summering and articling at the Toronto office of a leading international law firm. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from McGill University and completed her J.D. with a specialization in Health Law & Policy from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. In the past, Erin worked as a summer student in the Legal Services Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and assisted with clinical research in the field of neurotherapeutics as a research assistant for a professor of the Dalhousie University School of Physiotherapy.
