Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Aaron Bains has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate Finance Group. Aaron was a summer student and an articling student at the firm prior to returning as an associate.
Aaron practises corporate law with an emphasis on corporate finance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters involving both public and private companies.
