Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP is pleased to announce that Jacquelyn Stevens has become a partner of the firm!

Jacquie litigates civil, regulatory and administrative environmental claims for a wide range of clients.

  • She provides effective advice and solutions to clients on
  • Environmental due diligence and compliance matters
  • Brownfields/ contaminated site remediation, and
  • Environmental approvals.

Jacquie is called to the Ontario (2004) and the Alberta (2015) Bars and is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as an Environmental Law Specialist.

In addition to her law degree from the the University of British Columbia,  Jacquie has a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences from Dalhousie University, a M.Sc. in Geology from St. Francis Xavier University, and a Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School.
