Our firm is leaded by Luis Guillermo Cruz Rico, barrister and solicitor in Ontario, foreign legal consultant for Mexico and lawyer in good standing in that country.

Mr. Cruz Rico has deep experience in some areas of Mexican law including, criminal, constitutional, and agrarian law, particularly, land-tenure claims and doing business with Ejidos.

Mr. Cruz Rico brings extensive experience and knowledge, as Mexican and Canadian lawyer, and liaison with Mexican authorities and media.
