Paul Miller brings Mass Torts expertise to Howie, Sacks & Henry

Howie, Sacks & Henry is pleased to announce that Paul Miller has joined the Partnership. With the addition of Paul and his team, clients will benefit from their expertise in Mass Torts as well as other personal injury practice areas.

A dedicated advocate for people who have suffered personal injuries, Miller has 20 years of experience involving cases of defective products and medical devices, motor vehicle accidents, airplane crashes, slip and falls as well as fighting for those denied long-term disability benefits. Miller was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1997. He was a board member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (2004-2006) and currently sits on the Board of Directors with the US-based organization, Public Justice.

His Mass Torts and Class Action experience includes acting as co-lead counsel for the victims of the 2005 Air France crash at Toronto’s Pearson airport; representing more than 200 women in the transvaginal mesh mass tort litigation and representing deaf and hearing impaired clients suffering complications from cochlear ear implants. He is currently exploring representing victims of secondary exposure to asbestos, which can lie dormant for 30-40 years.
