Samantha represents Canadian, U.S. and international financial institutions as well as corporate borrowers, including those in the mining and natural resources sectors in connection with project financings, bilateral and syndicated loan transactions, second lien and mezzanine financings, asset-based lending transactions, commercial real estate loan transactions and cross-border transactions. She also has experience in structured finance transactions, including securitizations and a broad range of derivative products and transactions.
