Brown Mills Klinck Prezioso LLP is thrilled to announce that founding partner Lisa Mills has been announced as a winner of the 2018 Lexpert Zenith Awards in the practice area of Pensions & Employee Benefits.

The Zenith Awards celebrate Mid-Career Excellence in the legal profession by recognizing outstanding lawyers with recent achievement in their field and notable contributions in social responsibility. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in pension and benefits law and uses her wealth of experience to assist her clients and lead the way.

Lisa has expertise in providing advice to both federally and provincially regulated pension plan sponsors and administrators regarding pension plan design, regulatory compliance and all other aspects of administering defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans. She has a particular interest and significant experience in resolving the income tax elements of pension and benefit matters. Lisa enjoys teaching the next generation, through mentorship and teaching the Pensions and the Law course at Queen’s University from 2009-13.
