Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client, one of Canada’s most respected litigation boutique firms, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their team. You will represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to: securities litigation, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership agreements, and professional liability. In addition, you will provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly ambitious and strategic team with significant exposure to top-tier clients and sophisticated litigation files with a platform for growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of post-call related experience and strong academic credentials.
