Mathews Dinsdale Welcomes Erin S. White to the Firm
January 7, 2026Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Erin S. White has joined the Firm as a Partner in our Vancouver office. Practising in all areas of workplace law, including labour, employment, and human rights.
She represents unionized and non-union employers in both the public and private sectors and advises on a wide range of workplace issues, including terminations, discipline, employment and contractor agreements, workplace policies, accommodation, attendance management, collective agreement interpretation, and collective bargaining.
Erin has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as before numerous tribunals, including labour and commercial arbitration boards, the Labour Relations Board, the Employment Standards Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Canada Industrial Relations Board. She also has extensive experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation.
Before attending law school, Erin worked as a legislative intern with the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia and as a policy advisor with the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia.
