Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Brady Farmer has become a partner in the Firm. Brady’s practice focuses on labour and employment law. He provides strategic advice to employers on all aspects of workplace law, including employment contracts, workplace policies, human rights complaints, wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitration, and collective bargaining. Brady regularly assists clients with employee discipline and performance management, workplace accommodations, and other practical solutions to workplace issues. He frequently appears before civil courts and human rights tribunals to help clients successfully navigate wrongful dismissal and human rights claims. Brady is based out of the Firm’s office in Calgary.
