Mathews Dinsdale Welcomes Nazeer T. Mitha, KC to the Firm

Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Nazeer T. Mitha, KC has joined the Firm as a Partner in our Vancouver office. Practising in all areas of labour and employment law, he advises public and private sector employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including employment, labour relations, human rights, and administrative law.

Naz has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and Canada, including the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He also regularly represents clients before the BC Labour Relations Board, labour arbitrators and Human Rights Tribunals.

In addition to his advisory and advocacy practice, Naz conducts complex workplace investigations involving allegations of serious misconduct, financial improprieties, and bullying and harassment. He also acts as a mediator in workplace and commercial disputes.

Naz is a frequent speaker on labour and employment topics and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Employment Law at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.
