Rae Christen Jeffries Welcomes Newest Associate, Nicole Nowoselski
August 27, 2025Nicole provides practical advice to private and public sector employers on a wide range of labour and employment matters including grievance arbitrations, labour disputes, wrongful dismissals, and human rights matters.
Nicole received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. During law school, Nicole was a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services. She assisted low-income individuals with employment and family matters and represented students at academic appeal hearings. Nicole was also involved in mooting as a competitor and organizer. She competed in the 2021 Honourable Frank W. Callaghan Memorial Moot and was a member of its organization committee in 2022. Nicole was also an editor for the Journal of Law & Equality from 2019 – 2022.
Nicole was called to the bar in 2023. Prior to joining Rae Christen Jeffries, Nicole completed her articles and practiced at a leading management-side labour and employment firm in Toronto.
