Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP is pleased to welcome associate Joshua Hearn to the firm.

Joshua’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, public and administrative law, employment law, and bankruptcy and insolvency litigation. Prior to joining Paliare Roland, Joshua practiced for two years at a litigation boutique in Toronto and clerked at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Joshua graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022. While attending law school, he was active in the legal clinic system having worked at the Parkdale Community Legal Services and West Toronto Community Legal Services.
