Shauna Fabrizi Joins SpringLaw

Shauna Fabrizi is an employment lawyer who advises both employers and employees on a wide range of workplace law matters. Her practice includes employment standards compliance, workplace investigations, employment contracts, terminations, and human rights issues. Shauna brings a practical, business-minded approach to resolving workplace challenges, with a strong focus on clear advice and efficient outcomes.

Before joining SpringLaw, Shauna worked in private practice and served as in-house counsel for one of Canada’s largest private sector unions. This experience gives her a well-rounded perspective on workplace disputes and the realities faced by organizations of all sizes.

Shauna is known for her thoughtful, detail-driven approach and her ability to guide clients through complex situations with confidence and care. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, road trips, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
