Thomas Gold Pettingill LLP Welcomes Natasha O’Toole as an Associate
January 24, 2018Natasha joined the firm in 2018 after practicing with a boutique litigation firm in Toronto. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and various tribunals including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
Natasha earned her JD degree from Queen’s University, graduating on the Dean’s Honour List in 2016. She was actively involved in the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic throughout her time at Queen’s Law, where she advocated for prisoners incarcerated in Kingston-area penitentiaries. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and represented students and low-income Kingston residents as a caseworker with Queen’s Legal Aid.
Natasha maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice at Thomas Gold Pettingill LLP, including the defence of tort claims, insurance coverage disputes, and statutory accident benefits claims.
