With experience spanning criminal, regulatory and workplace law, Harshi Mann brings a multi-disciplinary perspective to her investigations and advisory practice.
Harshi has conducted investigations across diverse institutional contexts, including provincial regulators, municipalities, universities and private corporations. She also advises regulated professionals on employment obligations and compliance requirements. Her practice extends to supporting clients with culture audits and post-investigation remediation, helping organizations address systemic concerns and rebuild workplace culture.
Harshi is well-versed in sensitive, high-profile and precedent-setting matters, and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and British Columbia, and at the Supreme Court of Canada. Her earlier career as both a criminal defence lawyer and Assistant Crown Attorney gives her a strong foundation in evaluating evidence. She brings fairness, precision, and sound judgment to her investigations.
Harshi has lectured on emerging legal issues at the University of Toronto, Queen’s University, and the University of British Columbia.
