Wildeboer Dellelce LLP welcomes Alexandra Meffe as an associate.
Alexandra is an associate practising primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law.
Alexandra joined the firm as a summer student in 2016 and articled with the firm in 2017-2018, during which time she completed a three-month secondment in the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
Alexandra earned her J.D. from the Faculty of Law at Western University. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Management.
During her time in law school, Alexandra served as the Student Director of the Western Business Law Clinic and as VP Finance for the Student Legal Society, represented Western Law as a Student Ambassador and worked as a teaching assistant (Legal Research, Writing and Advocacy) to Erika Chamberlain, Dean of Law. While in her final year of law school, Alexandra also completed a semester in the LL.M program for International and European Business Law at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University in Lyon, France.
Alexandra’s interests include travelling and outdoor activities such as hiking.
