He holds a BSc. in Computer Engineering from the University of New Brunswick (2003) and a M.A.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering/Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto (2006). Jeffrey obtained his law degree from the University of Toronto in 2010.
