Leah Noble Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP is pleased to welcome Leah to the Competition group.

Leah’s practice focuses on advising clients on all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution practices, criminal and civil investigations, and compliance. She also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act.

Prior to joining Blakes, Leah worked at one of the big four accounting firms where she earned her designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant/Chartered Accountant. At the accounting firm, Leah led several engagements for public and private companies in a wide range of industries. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
