Julianne Gu Joins Osler’s Toronto Office

Osler is please to announce that Julianne Gu has joined the firm as an associate in our Real Estate group.

Julianne’s practice involves all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, and leasing of office, industrial and retail space.

Julianne joined the firm as a summer student in 2011 and completed her articles with the firm from 2012-2013. She returned to Osler as an associate in 2013. Julianne completed her J.D. at the University of Toronto where she participated in an exchange semester at the University of Hong Kong. Prior to attending law school, she obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of Saskatchewan.
